Lamb Hind Shanks x 2

Big and tender when slow cooked. Put in the effort when cooking the shanks, whip some mash with sour cream, steam some green veg and have a restaurant quality meal at home.

Start with an amazing lean bone-in hinds and cook (and drink) with red wine tomato paste, garlic, onion, rosemary, carrots, salt & peppercorns and simmer for 4 hours on 170C and you end up with a hearty rich but not heavy winter dish that goes with mash potatoes & peas YUM! Second time to order and second time happy with the meat so will order again.

High quality meat, perfect size (my partner thought we would share one shank but guess what happened... we couldn't stop eating and ended up devouring one shank each!!! Haha... those shanks were meaty!!!!)

I have not yet cooled these up but honestly they are massive and look so nice my hubby and I will only need 1 between us per meal !
